Well, it's that time of year to start training for the Princess Half again! I modified the training plan I used last year as well as the plan I used for the Tower of Terror 10-Miler and this is what I came up with:
It's kind of daunting...especially that 14 mile run I put on there. I'm going to be doing strength and cross-training more than what is put on this plan, but I have to figure out how I'm going to do this for the period of time I'll be in Chicago. Obviously, this plan is subject to change, but I think it's a good start!
Do you use already made training plans or do you make your own? What's the longest run you have ever done?
