Week 9 #PrincessHalf Training Recap

Yesterday marked two weeks until the Princess Half! It's hard to believe that it's almost here! 

Here's last week's training recap:

Sunday



Monday

40 minutes elliptical, 1 hour strength

Tuesday

3 mile run

Wednesday

Perfect 4 miles run, all negative splits! 10:20, 10:18, 9:35, 8:50

Thursday

Impromptu rest day

Friday

AM: 3 miles run

PM: 30 minutes elliptical, 1 hour strength (with sprints in the beginning)

Saturday

AM: 1 mile run

PM: Dancing

Total Miles: 24.1
